Shipping and Returns Policy

Postage within Australia:

Free Shipping for purchases over $215.
One order has to equal $215 to qualify for free postage.

$10.00 AUD flat rate postage cost for all other orders

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days for in stock items ONLY. Pre-order items may take up to 10 working days to process after shipment arrives and is unpacked by us.

Standard delivery time within Australia is 5-7 working days depending on your local courier. All parcels have tracking information and can be found in the 'order has been shipped' email. If you are wanting to follow the progress of your parcel you can contact Australia post, Fastways or Couriers Please with the tracking information. (The freight company will be evident in your email notifications)

Postage outside of Australia:

$20.95 AUD flat rate postage cost for New Zealand orders with signature on delivery. 

$30.00 AUD flat rate postage cost for United States and Canada orders with signature on delivery

All other international locations will have shipping calculated individually after the order has been placed.

All International Orders are shipped with Australia Post with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email displaying your tracking information once the order is shipped. If you are wanting to follow up on the progress of your order or inquire about delays or a missing parcel, please contact Australia Post directly quoting your tracking number.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

**Please note all International orders are final**

If your order is especially urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer express delivery options?

Yes we do. We have an Express shipping option at checkout. We utilise Australia Post with a flat rate price of $15.95 

Can I change my order once placed?

We aim to be very efficient in shipping, but we will do our best to accomodate any changes or additions prior to the shipment being sent. However, to minimize disappointment please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address.

We are happy to accomodate change of mind purchases, these will incur a flat rate $5 re-stocking fee. Or alternatively, we can make a swap where possible for another print/solid colour of the same value product.

Are Customs and Import Duties and Taxes paid for?

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. 

Junior Tribe Co is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.


Returns and Exchanges:

The following conditions apply to our Returns Policy:

  • The item must be returned unwashed and unworn, in the original, undamaged packaging and in as-new re-salable condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All nappy packs must be returned complete- correct amount of nappies, boosters, unwashed and in re-salable condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will organise a replacement item to be sent with an extra postage satchel to return the faulty product in to us here at Junior Tribe Co.
  • Please ensure you contact us via email before returning your goods to organise your replacement or exchange. 
  • Sale items are an exception to our returns policy.  We are unable to offer replacement or exchange for these goods.

If there is no error made by Junior Tribe Co with your order and it is simply a return or exchange due to 'change of mind' you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred both to return and re-send items.

If you organise a replacement of damaged goods due to customers mis use of the item as a result of washing or care instructions not being followed you will be responsible for all replacement costs and shipping charges incurred both to return and re-send items. 

There are no refunds, exchanges or returns accepted on sale and clearance items as reflected in their discounted price - If a clearance item has a fault it will be clearly disclosed as the reason for the reduced price.

**Please note due to health, safety and hygiene reasons we cannot exchange washed or used nappies or inserts*

**During a Preorder/Release No further discount codes are applicable, besides the discounted bulk cloth nappy packs.
